Successful cases of autism treatment in 2022

We are a clinic that works with various neurological diseases with children of different ages (autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, etc.). We have our own cryobank and laboratory, we use different types of stem cells and their precursors (these are, specific cells are aimed at the regeneration of specific damaged cells: for example, neural crest – regeneration of neurons, chondrocytes – regeneration of bone tissue, etc.). The main bio material- umbillical cord and blood. In cases with your child, only donor cells should be used, they have the maximum power of regeneration and recovery, In cases with your child , we propose to use mesenchymal cells of umbilical cord, hematopoietic cells of umbilical blood, neural crest cells and exosomes. Exosomes are special vesicles that will deliver healthy stem cells to the places of brain damage. Injections are administered intravenously and lumbar (into the spinal cord), because this is the only way to reach damaged brain cells.

On average, therapy is 3 days, which includes testing and therapy. At a complex cost is of about 10,000 USD.  The average percentage of improvement in your situation after 1 therapy is 64-68%. . According to general statistics, children under 5 years of age after the first therapy receive an improvement of 78-81%, children under 8 years of age from 66-74%, children after 10 to 15 years on average 60-63%, over 54-58%. but here everything is individual, it is important how the immune system reacts to the cellular material. You can expect: expanding vocabulary, improving behavior, improving adaptation in society, thinking, attention and cognition; speech and language models and their use, self-stimulating behavior.

We are still working all time including weekends, because we have our own cryo bank, laboratory, research center and clinic, and our patients still visit us all time.

Here are some successful cases of our treatment :

7.3-year-old boy

after treatment, for the first time in the last 5 years, he uttered the word mom, became calmer, less aggressive, the psychologist noted concentration of attention and improved memory. A year after use, the child responds to appeals, looks at his name, corrects his diet, stopped eating selective food, now goes to school, is active but not aggressive, fully takes care of himself, dresses himself, makes himself sandwiches, helps his parents, parallel he didn’t have any other treatment .

“After a series of examinations, doctors gave my son a preliminary diagnosis: autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Later, dysarthria, alalia, echolalia and cognitive disorders were added to the list of probable diseases – diseases associated with disorders of higher mental functions. Of course, it is difficult to treat a child without a specific diagnosis, but I followed all the doctors’ instructions,” says Olga.

The baby has repeatedly undergone micro polarization of the brain (treatment with a small current), bioacoustics correction (the patient listens to music through headphones, which are, in fact, the electrical signals of his own brain transformed into acoustic waves) and drug treatment using active neuropeptides (psychostimulants and nootropics ). As for the medication, the boy’s mother explains that it is a substance that selectively stimulates different parts of the brain: “That is, there are no guarantees that the medication will affect the part of the brain that is responsible for speech. And so it turned out – the treatment did not give any result. My hands started to drop. Manifestations of autism increasingly made themselves known. My son did not communicate with his peers, the teachers in the kindergarten could not include him in general developmental classes, and my husband and I, together with our children, had to constantly be in social isolation.”

Statistics used to say about 1 in 100 children, now they say about 1 in 88, and even 1 in 65, who have ASD. More than 4,000 people with autism are officially registered in Ukraine, but representatives of public organizations that take care of this problem say that in reality there are many more such people. Like Maksym’s family, many parents whose children suffer from autism are forced to hide from the misunderstanding of strangers.

Olga did everything possible to make her son feel comfortable. But it was difficult to avoid excessive attention to a special boy from passers-by. Even a trip to a restaurant, which is usual for everyone, turned into a real test for parents. Therefore, they decided to rent a house outside the city, away from people, and move there with their children.

“I took care of my son’s development on my own, but the hope of curing a terrible disease and giving him a full, happy life never left me for a moment. Constantly looking for new methods of overcoming autism, I came across a video lecture on social networks about the treatment of autism by introducing stem cells, which was read by an obstetrician from Miami – Mariana Bubucha, – recalls Olga, -. I don’t even know if I would have been able to start my son’s treatment so quickly without the help and support of the Mediland specialists. In just a couple of weeks, my son was in the hospital. We were very nervous, but the application went without complications and my son felt fine.”

But I believed in the results of stem cell treatment exactly when I heard that dreamy and dearest “ma-moo-la” from my son.

Maksym recently underwent a repeat stem cell injection procedure. This time, the sister’s umbilical cord blood was used. The results are again impressive. Now Maksym went to the first grade with his sister. Of course, it is still difficult for him to sit through all the lessons. But the boy studies with pleasure. And teachers talk about special successes and a thirst for knowledge.

On the second day after the introduction of stem cells, the boy changed and began to babble. Mom even laughed that such a quick result is simply fantastic. But then the changes were more noticeable.

“In just a few weeks, Maksym began to focus his eyes, listen to the language of others and try to talk,” recalls the boy’s mother, “He quickly mastered coloring, began to learn the alphabet and cut with scissors.”

11-years old –boy

the first positive changes in behavior within a month, control after three months showed improvement in mental and educational areas, he became calm and can withstand longer training with the tuner, it is planned to re-apply control after a year

6-years old -girl

after six months, stereotypes disappeared and decreased; visual contact and communication improved; motivation to explore the universe increased

7-years old –girl

A month has passed since the treatment. Maria underwent the procedure without side effects. And although the doctor warned that the first results can rarely be observed earlier than after 3-6 months, parents and a psychologist note positive dynamics: it became easier to get the girl interested in games and studies, she started playing with her younger brother’s toys and responding to her name more often.

14- years old – boy

Thirteen years ago, Richard was born at 24 weeks pregnant. At birth, he weighed only almost 900 grams, and he had to spend 4 months in the neonatal intensive care unit, including 40 days on a ventilator. He also had bleeding in the brain. Despite this difficult start to life, Richard did well. Throughout his life, he received physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a special school. Richard was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and an autism spectrum disorder. But Richard didn’t have any major handicap – he can walk, talk and perform many tasks without assistance. However, his parents were always looking for extra help to cope with a chronic lack of a number of functions and skills. For example, Richard is extremely sensitive to sensory overload.

The family went to therapy twice: in November 2018 when Richard was 11 and again in January 2020 at the age of 12. Nicole has documented these family trips on her blog. The family felt that they had seen enough benefit from the therapy to justify a second trip.

Richard’s speech pathologist tested his language skills before each trip and upon his return. After the first trip, the son showed a 35% improvement in both expressive and receptive speech, which to Nicole seemed to be a “vocabulary surge”.

Richard’s musculoskeletal balance has improved so much that he can now ride a bike without training wheels. His touch sensitivity has become much more manageable; for example, a sudden loud noise or the sun in his eyes no longer irritates him as much as before. Finally, the child’s sense of self-awareness and self-confidence improved. While he previously didn’t mind having his parents help him cook or dress, he now realizes that at 13 he should be able to do it and insists on doing it himself. “We have often heard that children’s brains continue to develop during adolescence. However, most of the clinical trials for treating paralysis or autism with cell therapy are focused on young children.” Mom says.

Richard’s story shows that teenagers can see significant benefits from cell therapy. However, it is important to be warned that individual responses vary greatly and one child’s situation does not prove similar results in others.
