Stem cell treatment for psoriasis in Ukraine

Stem cell treatment for psoriasis in Ukraine

Stem cell therapy is considered one of the most effective methods of treatment at the present stage.  Even such a disease related to incurable diseases as psoriasis can be overcome using this method.

Psoriasis is a serious disease that causes significant harm to the body. Psoriasis is considered a chronic skin disease, often recurrent.  Psoriasis occurs with neuropsychic trauma, metabolic disorders and the work of the endocrine glands.  The exact nature of the disease has not been established.  The areas of skin on the elbow joints, knees, on the head and in the region of the sacrum are more affected.  There are forms of the disease affecting the nails.  With a disease, skin cells, instead of thirty days, are viable for only five days.  Patients note that the disease depends on the season.  In the summer, relief is felt, and in the autumn – winter period, an exacerbation occurs.

This disease has been found in the literature since ancient times.  It was identified as a disease in 1841.  In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of people suffering from this disease.  Increasingly, the disease occurs at a younger age, and more often severe forms of diseases, with complications, are encountered.  Psoriasis can occur in people taking medications to treat hypertension, mental health problems, or heart disease.

At the onset of the disease, pink-red plaques appear, which are covered with whitish scales.  Sites of skin lesions quickly thicken from excessive proliferation of keratinocytes in plaques, rise above the surface of the skin and become covered with spots that look like wax or paraffin.  Often such stains appear in places exposed to clothing, friction.  This disease manifests itself in different forms.  90% of people with psoriasis have the common form of the disease.  Other forms of psoriasis are less common.  Nail psoriasis leads to changes in the nail plate on the toes and hands.  Psoriatic arthritis affects the joints and connective tissues.  The joints are most often affected, especially the fingers and toes, but there are also more severe cases when the hip joints, knee joints, and spinal joints are affected.  Psoriatic erythroderma is accompanied by itching, swelling of the skin, painful sensations.

There are several degrees of severity of the disease.  Skin lesions up to 3% are considered mild, up to 10% – moderate, over 10% – severe.  The severe form includes joint damage, regardless of which area of the skin is affected.

The disease, depending on its severity, causes psychological and physical discomfort in a person, difficulties in performing their work duties, and some even require disability.

It is not difficult to diagnose the disease.  It is necessary to examine the appearance of changes on the skin, conduct a blood test.  Sometimes a biopsy is required to rule out other skin conditions.

The etymology of the disease has not been fully established.  There are many versions and theories of the origin of the disease, which arose over the course of the study, but not one of them is recognized.

The reasons of psoriasis:

  1. Hereditary – Psoriasis is defined as genotypic dermatosis.
  2. Neurogenic – stressful conditions provoke the disease.  A relationship was found between stress and the severity of the disease.  At the same time, there is no connection between age, marital status, gender, socio-economic status.  The influence of personality traits on the occurrence of the disease was not noticed either.
  3. Exchange – psoriasis occurs in people with pronounced morphological and functional changes, dysfunction of the ANS, central nervous system, metabolic changes, dysfunction of the endocrine glands.
  4. Infectious-viral – psoriasis develops in people with weak immune defenses and under the influence of a microbial factor.  Staphylococcal and streptococcal infections precede the onset of psoriasis.
  5. These diverse theories of the etymology and pathogenesis of psoriasis agree that pathological changes occur in the cells of the epidermis.

As you can see, today the disease of psoriasis is considered an urgent problem for medicine.  New drugs and treatments for this disease are constantly being developed.

Treatment of psoriasis:

To date, there are no means capable of ridding a person of this disease, all known methods of treatment provide only temporary improvement.

To alleviate the condition of patients, anti-inflammatory and hormonal ointments, remedies designed to relieve itching, antibiotics, sedatives and vitamin D are used. Laser therapy, therapeutic mud and baths, and ultraviolet radiation are also used.  But all these methods provide only temporary relief.

It is worth mentioning the treatment with your own stem cells, which gives amazing results.  Sometimes this method is the only one that allows you to get rid of the disease forever.  The application of the method allows to achieve positive results – the cause of the disease is eliminated and the entire body is restored.  In addition, cells are able to restore and normalize the work of the skin: cell therapy helps to renew the skin and eliminate plaque.

Stem cells stimulate fibriogenesis and cell proliferation, which leads to the synthesis of elastic and collagen fibers, restoration of metabolic processes.  These processes lead to the gradual replacement of the affected tissue with the newly formed collagen fibers of the patient, while everything happens naturally.

The course of treatment is repeated several times, in several stages.  Severe neglected cases are especially difficult to treat.  But even in this case, you can alleviate the person’s condition.

Stem cells introduced into the body promote cell regeneration, relieve itching, joint pain, relieve inflammation of internal organs, and slow down the destruction of joints.  Stem cells have an amazing ability to strengthen immunity, normalize metabolic processes, and restore the endocrine system.

Stem cell treatment has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, relieves neuroses, which is of no small importance in the treatment of psoriasis.  After treatment, the immune, endocrine and hematological status normalizes, the amount of antiviral antibodies and viral antigens decreases.
