Our Network

Mediland Medical Network coordinates access to regenerative medicine and related medical services through a network of partner clinics, medical offices and specialized laboratories across Europe. Our network currently includes clinics in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Sofia, Bulgaria, as well as a dedicated medical office in Warsaw, Poland, focused on anti-aging and longevity-related services.

The network is designed to provide patients with a coordinated pathway from the initial medical inquiry and assessment through treatment planning, laboratory diagnostics, clinical procedures and follow-up. Depending on the patient’s diagnosis, medical history, treatment requirements and individual circumstances, we help identify the appropriate location and medical team within our network.

Our international structure allows us to coordinate care across different healthcare environments while taking into account applicable local regulations, medical requirements and practical considerations such as travel and accommodation. Each patient pathway is considered individually, and the specific services available depend on the clinic, laboratory, medical indication and applicable regulatory requirements.

Our Clinics

Mediland works with partner clinics selected according to their medical specialization, available facilities, qualified healthcare professionals and the requirements of each patient pathway. Our clinical network currently includes facilities in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Sofia, Bulgaria and medical office in Warsaw, Poland.

The choice of clinic depends on a number of factors, including the patient’s diagnosis, required medical specialists, proposed treatment approach, laboratory requirements, applicable regulations and the patient’s preferred travel arrangements. Where appropriate, our team coordinates communication between the patient, the medical team and other professionals involved in the pathway.

Before treatment, patients may undergo a medical consultation and review of relevant medical records and diagnostic information. The treating medical professionals determine whether a particular treatment or procedure is appropriate based on the individual clinical situation. Availability of specific therapies and procedures may vary between locations and is subject to medical assessment and applicable regulations.

Kyiv, Ukraine

Our Kyiv clinic represents the foundation of the Mediland medical network and brings 24 years of clinical experience to the care pathways we coordinate. Established in 2002, the clinic has developed extensive experience in patient assessment, medical consultation, treatment coordination and regenerative medicine-related services.

Over the years, the Kyiv team has established structured approaches to patient screening, medical documentation, treatment planning, quality control and follow-up. This experience forms the basis of the standards and clinical processes that Mediland applies across its international network.

Sofia, Bulgaria

Our Sofia clinic was established in 2023 as part of the international development of the Mediland network. Although the Bulgarian facility is a newer location, it operates within the same quality framework, clinical principles and patient-care standards established through our long-standing experience in Ukraine.

The Sofia clinic follows the Mediland approach to medical screening, documentation, treatment planning, patient communication and follow-up, adapted to the applicable Bulgarian and European regulatory requirements. This allows us to extend our established clinical standards to patients seeking care in Bulgaria while maintaining a consistent approach to quality and patient experience.

Warsaw, Poland

Our medical office in Warsaw was opened in 2023 and is dedicated specifically to anti-aging, longevity and healthy-aging services. As part of the Mediland network, the Warsaw office follows the same core standards for patient communication, medical assessment, documentation, coordination and quality that have been developed through our 24 years of experience in Ukraine.

Across all locations, our goal is to maintain a consistent standard of quality, coordination and patient care, while adapting clinical services and procedures to the medical and regulatory requirements of each country.

Our Laboratories

Laboratory diagnostics and testing can form an important part of an individualized medical pathway. Mediland coordinates laboratory services through partner laboratories located in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Graz, Austria.

Our laboratory network is intended to support the clinical pathway with appropriate testing, documentation and traceability. Depending on the medical program and clinical requirements, laboratory services may include diagnostic testing, assessment of biological samples and other analyses requested by the treating medical team.

Each laboratory operates according to its own applicable quality management systems, testing procedures and regulatory requirements. The specific laboratory selected for a patient depends on the type of testing required, the clinical protocol, sample requirements, location and applicable regulations.

Bulgaria (Sofia)— Partner laboratory services supporting selected clinical programs and testing requirements in connection with our Sofia network.

Graz, Austria — Access to specialized laboratory capabilities in Austria for selected testing and laboratory requirements, where appropriate to the patient’s medical pathway and applicable regulations.

Certifications & Licenses

Medical services and laboratory activities within our network are subject to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in the country where the service is provided. Certifications, licenses, professional credentials and other relevant documentation are reviewed as part of our partner selection and coordination processes, where applicable.

Because regulatory requirements differ between countries and between types of medical and laboratory services, the specific certifications and licenses applicable to a particular clinic, laboratory or procedure may vary. Patients can request information regarding the relevant regulatory framework and documentation applicable to their individual treatment pathway.

Depending on the selected pathway, our coordination team can assist with medical appointment scheduling, collection and organization of medical records, communication with clinics and laboratories, travel planning, accommodation, airport or local transfers, and interpretation or translation support.

The exact arrangements depend on the patient’s individual needs and the location of the medical services. Our team provides information about the planned steps, required documentation and practical considerations before the visit so that patients can prepare accordingly.

For international patients, we aim to make the administrative and logistical aspects of the journey as clear and organized as possible, while medical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare professionals.
